Paul Petushin – Owner/Head Instructor Combat Judo and Jiu-Jitsu

A 2nd degree black belt in Judo, Paul began his training in October of 1980 in St. Petersburg (Leningrad), Russia. After winning numerous Judo tournaments, Paul moved to the United States where he continued his tournament competition in the United States, resulting in more 1st Place wins.

Tracy Chartier – Yoga Instructor

 

Tracy is RYT certified in Power Vinyasa Yoga, has a level II certification in Yoga Stretch through Silver Sneakers, and is currently pursuing a KRI certification in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. She is the owner of Sirius YOGA, bringing yoga and meditation to the business environment and providing private yoga sessions as well.  As a yogi for more than a decade, Tracy also has an extensive background in the dance industry. In the industry, she found her passion teaching and leading groups to a unity of oneness. As a former professional dancer, choreographer, dance coach and instructor, her transition from dancer to yogi proves to be a seamless shift. Guiding others through their personal yoga practice continually blossoms into a loving and rewarding interaction of giving and receiving the life lessons of yoga.
