Gentle Yoga- This class is for those who want a slower, less challenging class than those seen in the mainstream media and local gyms. Geared toward beginners, this non-aggressive and inviting type of yoga will ease you into the basics of yoga with a slow but effective pace. Build strength, flexibility and balance as we guide you through postures. Breathe, meditate and relax.
Power Vinyasa- a dynamic style of yoga that connects the breath and postures to create a fluid practice. Work up a sweat, burn calories, detox and cleanse the body – an overall healing and exhilarating workout. We emphasize fluid movement, balance, and breathing in this class. Levels I and II available.
Senior Yoga- a powerfully effective yet relaxing yoga specifically designed for Seniors. Our Senior Yoga can be done on a mat, chair, and/or standing. Gentle movements and stretches combined with breathing and meditation offer a well-rounded practice to invigorate the mind and body.
