Build out Phase I
Our Landlord is great! Yes, you probably won’t hear that much, but so far our Landlord has been more then helpful, they bend-over backwards to accommodate us. We are hoping that we going to have long-lasting mutually beneficial relation. Build out is on the way, framing of the outside walls will be done first.
